However even though most of it is a new build it is still pretty smokey. The Peppermill, about a short taxi cab ride from Reno, is a casino I like to play in. Most have low ceilings and pretty tired air scrubbers. I've been to most of the Reno casinos, and have found all of them pretty smokey quite a bit of the time.
